Problems

The intention to stustainability problems immediately poses some questions that are probably not easy to answer.

* Who defines the problem? (Problem definition) and who defines it?

* For whom is something a problem? (Problem subject).

* When is something (becoming a) problem? (Problem time-scale).

* Where is something a sustainability problem (Problem Location)

* What Solutions are considered, who will benefit from them, what are the costs and benefits and to whom? What arguments are used to advocate or argue against solutions?

* Problem differentiation: are all problems the same? Are all problems in scope?

Note that these questions are all questions that are part of and exist in and to social systems.Nature does not have problems.
